Adopted Rabbits

Buffy was adopted as a friend for Pooka

It appears that Flint and Cinnamon are a bonded pair! Once they're more comfortable with that, then we can put their litter boxes together, across the room from Flint's favorite chair, like things used to be. But we want to do any rearranging of litter boxes and bowls gradually, since bunnies are such creatures of habit. So right now the bowl is pretty much on the dividing line, by where the fence used to be. It's so nice to see them together! They both needed a friend, and now they've both found one.

Mr. Bunny enjoys relaxing with his new friend, Cherry. Mr. Bunny has completely perked up in his new home & with his new friend.

Crockett was adopted as a friend for Jezebel.

I thought you'd all be happy to know that we've declared Jezzie and Rocket to be 100-percent bonded and that they have become good friends. Jezzie loves being an older sister (even if she sometimes misses being the undisputed queen) and Rocket is just a big, goofy puppy who loves having a play-toy that will play back. They are, for the most part, inseparable.

They've really gained our trust; we can leave them unsupervised for long stretches now. They just let us know when they want some human interaction.

Cream (all white) was adopted as a friend for Della

Hunny Bunny (left) was adopted as a friend

Hazelnut was adopted as a friend to Nico. When you see these Hazelnut and Nico together, it is easy to see why Hazelnut stood out. She and Nico look nearly identical! Clearly, the two buns felt something special, because they hit it off immediately; they cuddled and groomed each other right away. Hazelnut, a spirited female, allowed Nico to be the top bun between them but they have a loving, balanced relationship. Best wishes to this cute new bonded couple!

Teddy was adopted as a friend for Missy.
